Inaugural RAK real estate summit taps into UAE property market boom
In October, Ras Al Khaimah (UAE) will host its first International Real Estate Investment Summit (IREIS). Organized by Cityscape, the two-day conference on Oct 30–31, 2025 at the Al Hamra Exhibition Centre will convene global investors, developers and policymakers to explore high-value property opportunities. Sessions will address global capital flows into real estate, sustainable urban development models and technological innovations shaping the sector. The summit aims to leverage surging UAE property investment and position Ras Al Khaimah as a cross-border investment hub, supported by major local projects. It comes as UAE real estate attracted $45.6 billion in foreign direct investment in 2024 (a 48.7% increase), underlining the sector’s rapid growth.
